Inspired by high-quality, luxurious architecture with a beautiful view of the sea, to conclude that a truly exceptional design, like a person, easily fits into any environment, maintaining its unique character without the need for adaptation.
The idea for this villa was to create an open and airy space with the highest degree of privacy. Therefore, the outdoor seating area is sheltered by a large water curtain wall, and panels are installed upstairs. On the ground floor, an effort was made to imitate the atmosphere of a party house. At the entrance there is a bar with a seating area and a view of the pool. In the central part there is an elevator connecting all floors and a stair core reminiscent of an archetypal Palladian villa, with a dining room in the central part and an outdoor kitchen, half indoor and half outdoor, connecting the interior with the exterior. Next to the dining room there is a living room with a beautiful view.
On the first floor there are bedrooms with bathrooms and a home office. Privacy is very important here, so there are panels and high walls. In order to fully utilize the potential of the location, which allows full enjoyment of the magical view, terraces were designed on the first floor as well as in the attic. In the attic there is a spa with a massage area, a jacuzzi on the terrace on one side and a home gym on the other. Next to it is a large terrace where you can relax, train, breathe the sea air and feel the sun on your skin.
The whole house is conceived as a theater that reveals the natural panorama. The villa is characterized by the most modern design elements of our time, the selection of quality materials that refine this space. This is a short and superficial description of this villa, but the real gems of this villa are yet to be revealed to the client.
