Apartments for sale within the project of 4 family residential buildings in Zagreb.
The project consists of 4 buildings, each with 3 to 4 two-, three-, or four-room apartments. Each apartment has a garage, a parking space and a storage room in the building. Apartments are 81 to 102 m2 in size.
The conceptual solution is based on the idea of family houses, with an emphasis on the separation and privacy of each residential unit. Apartments vary in size, offering two-, three- and four-bedroom options. The building was carefully designed to make the most of the sunlight from the south side and connect with the environment through terraces and outdoor spaces. The buildings are centrally located on the plot. On the west side, where the entrance to the lot is, there is a parking lot with four parking spaces for each of the four residential units and the entrance to the garage with four garage spaces.
High-quality equipment from well-known manufacturers will be used in furnishing the apartments. In addition to energy efficiency, special attention is paid to smart systems in apartments in order to achieve energy savings. The building is designed to meet energy class A.
The foundation slab will be 40 cm thick, while the structure will be reinforced concrete with 20 cm thick reinforced concrete slabs and appropriate layers of thermal insulation according to the purpose of the building.
For the treatment of the facade, modern materials and architectural elements adapted to the local style of construction will be used. Ventilation and natural lighting of the rooms will be made possible by various orientations and arrangement of openings on the facade. The final layer of the facade will be plaster.
