We are mediating the sale of a glamorous four-bedroom apartment with a surface area of 152 m² (133 m² without balconies), located on the top floor of a reinforced concrete building with an elevator.

The entire building is well-maintained. Common areas are not divided into separate units, so ownership is shared in ideal parts. The apartment comes with a parking space, attic storage on a large shared attic, and a basement storage room.
The apartment underwent a full renovation 15 years ago: OSB subfloor panels, insulating carpet, and top-quality African mahogany parquet flooring in the main area, with solid oak flooring at the entrance. New installations were completed (water, electricity, gas, and heating), with pipes running under the floor to keep them hidden. Interior woodwork was refurbished. Original exterior woodwork facing the street (four openings) was restored, while the woodwork facing the courtyard was replaced with modern PVC exteriors and oak interiors. All openings are fitted with electric blinds. Ceilings were lowered by approximately 10 cm, with the current ceiling height at 3.3 meters. Balconies have been refurbished.
Updates made in 2019:
The entrance area was redesigned, and the original door renovated. A custom-built kitchen was installed, made from mahogany plywood. Appliances include: Miele (two refrigerators and an oven), Gaggenau (90 cm induction cooktop), and Bosch (XXL dishwasher). Countertops are made of flame-treated and brushed black granite. Electric blinds were installed on windows facing the courtyard.

A new condensing boiler was installed.
There is an option to purchase the neighboring apartment of approximately 60 m², which can be easily connected to form a single unit.
The layout is excellently suited for urban living, whether for a couple with children or a couple who work from home.
The building was designed by Bela Auer, a pioneer of Modernist architecture, for the renowned construction firm of Ignjat Fischer. It is located in a prestigious area, offering a panoramic 270-degree view of the urban landscape and Medvednica mountain, with plenty of light and air.
