The villa is located in a very quiet part of the romantic old fishing village of Postira (Brač, Croatia). The style of architecture and construction is primarily characterized by quality, elegance and simplicity. Sustainably and professionally used modern materials and equipment perfectly match each other and with the solid and sharp contours of the building form a compromise between traditional and modern.
The facade of the building facing the street was built in the traditional style of Dalmatian island construction. The main entrance with a frame made of solid stone and above it only one window whose frame is also made of solid stone, are characteristic of the traditional island style of construction due to protection from strong winds and sun. However, the opposite side of the building towards the sea, on each of its three floors, consists of four wings of movable glass surfaces, each of which is 2.20 m long and 2.30 m high.
Those balcony wings are covered with safety glass that is slightly tinted, but not too much so as not to obstruct the view. Around each aluminum frame, stone frames are installed on the facade and covered with natural stone. They form a harmonious whole of traditional and modern architecture.
Considering that the building is on a slightly sloping ground, i.e. the first floor is at street level, the main entrance to the house is there. On the side of the building there are stairs leading from the upper terrace to the lower one, a swimming pool and a side entrance to the basement of the building. In the basement there is a spacious entrance hall, two apartments with bathrooms for guests and a living room from which the internal stairs lead from the basement to the first, i.e. middle floor (mezzanine). On the middle (mezzanine) floor there is a very spacious living room (approx. 80 m2). There is also a reception hall and sanitary facilities for guests. From the first, middle floor, very wide stairs lead to the second and last floor. Given that relaxation and a good night’s sleep are essential in human life, the building’s investors paid special attention to the bedrooms and bathrooms located on the top floor. The dimensions of the bedroom are approx. 40 m2, and the bathroom approx. 20 m2, both of which are 4.5 m high. In fact, all the rooms on that floor are 4.5 m high.
Magnificent and stunning views from the terraces and rooms on each floor, along with all other features, is also an added value of the property. Sophisticated construction, exceptional insulation properties, and the materials and equipment used in the construction of the facility, enable exceptional comfort and a pleasant microclimate, not only during the long hot summer, but also during the winter periods with cold, increased humidity and strong winds that are common on the islands.
The elegant simplicity of the villa with the best building materials and branded equipment are the main characteristics of the entire building, whether it is the interior or the exterior of the building. We also highlight some other pleasant details such as superb lighting, a super modern air conditioning system, beautiful interior doors, walls made of the same material as the doors, air conditioning and heating control via phone, parking lot and gate, audio and video communication with guests and many other benefits .
In fact, what the future owner might be most interested in is the fact that during the construction of the Villa, we basically relied on innovative technologies, top-quality materials and equipment, and on the experience and professionalism of our subcontractors. Simply put: the building has no flaws, no hidden flaws that can later unpleasantly surprise the future owner. The villa was created for relaxation and enjoyment.
The future owner receives the Villa as a completely unused object, that is, the object has never been rented out to tourists, nor has it been used for housing or residence at any time or in any way.
